It’s getting harder and harder to find company representatives that not only have the company’s best interest in the forefront but also the customer’s best interest as well. You helped us find the right product that meet our needs.
It was definitely nice to work with you, and Jason. Both of you have provided us with great customer service and follow up. You set dates and times an you kept them. Every step you took you made sure we understood the process before moving on. We appreciate you both! Keep up the good work!
And as you have offered, if we have any questions we’ll make sure to reach out to you!
Stay Safe this Hurricane Season!
Regards!

Thank you so much for all you did to make the night a success! This is the second time we hosted this event and the lighting made the difference. The first time we did not enhance the area and it was pretty dark. Many guests remarked that the lights were a great enhancement they were able to clearly see each other.
We actually have access to two of the Prism Inflatable Lights and they are awesome.
Missouri is broken down into Highway Patrol Region and in NW MO, we are in Region H and there are 15 mostly rural counties in our Region. The Region H Homeland Security Regional Response Team has one and MOSIAC Life Care has one and I believe there are two others in out Region one @ Cameron EMS and one @ Nodaway County EMS.
The Region H Homeland Security Region Response Team is located in St. Joseph Missouri; we are part of Missouri Region H which includes 15 mostly rural counties. A few years ago, I attended the Missouri State Emergency Management Conference and saw the Prism Inflatable Lighting Portable on display. I attended an outside demonstration of the light and was greatly impressed by the amount of light that it puts out. The Region H Team purchased one of the lights as we sometimes answer hazmat calls late at night in the country. Prism Lights are easy to use and produce lots of light. Based upon our use of the Prism Light, the Region H Homeland Security Oversight Committee (RHSOC) purchased three additional light to be utilized in Region H. The light that the Region H Team owns is used for various public events in Region H.
My name is Riley Beaman and I am the Director of the NC Public Safety Drone Academy, a non-profit state agency ran through the NC Community College System that provides UAV training for all NC emergency service members and agencies tuition free. We travel across the state providing UAV training to all state agencies and local municipalities. Throughout our training our local county emergency manager has allowed us to utilize an older PIL 1000 for nighttime classes and workshops. The light is always a big hit and we get so many questions about it from the emergency service members and agencies we are training, that we have actually included a demo and discussion of the capabilities of your product in numerous classes. It would be amazing to have your light as the focal point for nighttime events at this ground breaking event of NC Drone Summit, along with our many classes and workshops. Your light has been nothing short of amazing!
One of our guys also took some photos that looked really good during the demo of the Prism Light. This light is definitely something we would like to consider buying.
Thanks again for your time and providing a wonderful product. Everyone is skeptical when they hear of an inflatable light, but all the snickering stops once the light is turned on. Once the responders have a chance to use it, they become vocal supporters wherever they go.
We have purchased PIL in preparation for hurricane Isabelle and would like for our R&D team to take a look at it. We used it again at a water leak in Fort Totten and it saved us so much time and money.
In three minutes, you’ve got light. First Coast News tested the product at Metropolitan Park in Jacksonville and it illuminated up to 3000 square yards.
In an interview with 690AM (WOKV) – Looking at the PIL from Prism for preparation for emergencies in the city. It has 360-degree output of light, which is beneficial.
I can certainly see applications for this product in our business. Its fast deployment, coupled with the fact that it can be moved around without a power source, is perfect for locations such as ours that cover a large area. We have half a dozen Prism Inflatable Lights since 2016 and 2017.
